Description

With a location to die for, this Territorial-influenced home is located in Sunset Hills, one of the best kept secrets in Paradise Valley. It offers a move-in ready Paradise Valley experience at an affordable price; much less than surrounding homes. It’s loaded with classic Arizona Charm and some great details, lovely yard and simply great views!

This is a solid block-constructed home that has been very well maintained and features a comfortable feel, much updating and great storage. You could enjoy this home as it is or take it to any level of desired expression, the location and site warrants it, but you may just want to call this one home!

inside you’ll find generous sized rooms, updated baths and kitchen, lovely wood burning fireplaces, formal dining, soaring wood beamed celling in the living room and a split-plan master suite.

Outside you’ll be blown away by the incredible views this home has to offer. Enjoy it pool-side or under one of several patios, either way you’ll love the connection to views and nature that only this pristine, yet convenient location can offer.

A note on the location: Located on the North East slope of Horseshoe Mountain, Sunset Hills was developed in the late 1950’s by local resident Charles Mieg, a Swiss by birth, who also developed most of the land on the north slope of Mummy Mountain. Meig is credited with the naming of that mountain as well as being one of the first to use the term “ Paradise Valley” to describe the area (Before Mieg, Mummy Mountian was known as Windy Gulch…. I much prefer the Mummy!). Many of the streets in Sunset Hills bear the name of his family members, and of course, “Charles” Drive.
