Job description
We have an immediate FULL TIME opening for a dedicated, experienced Office Operations Director/Success Manager. This is a Team Leader position for our design oriented boutique Real Estate sales company. We are looking for someone who is organized, prompt and reliable. You report directly to ownership.

The position entails oversight of staff and agents, lead man/lead womanagement, and event coordination. A Real Estate license or general real estate experience is preferred. At least 1 year experience in office management is required.

The position manages our office staff, plans and runs meetings, organizes our internal events, implements marketing strategies; solicits, hires and motivates and manages our expanding sales team and tracks incoming sales leads. This position oversees and implements Social Media and associated Marketing including update of Company website. This is an exciting opportunity with room for advancement and growth. Real Estate sales experience a plus, this is a NON-SELLING position. No real estate sales are allowed with this position.

Job Type: Full-time-

This is Full Time Position, M-F, at actual office and at occasional off-site events.
