Description

Okay: here it is! Your basic 1957 tract ranch – just a hop-skip- and-a-jump from Historic Downtown Mesa. All the ranch features and amazingly intact too. These old houses can sell fast. How fast? As fast as an f-104 Starfighter screaming out from Williams AFB to defend us from the Reds, culminating in a HUGE sonic-boom, the very same that would have rattled the original windows of this very vintage Arizona home!

There are thousands of this ranch tract homes built, from good to great: they are a vernacular well suited to our desert and maybe as close as we’ll get to “indigenous” architecture!
