Sarah Edwards

Sarah is an Arizona native, raised in Tempe and graduate of the Metropolitan Arts Institute in Downtown Phoenix. Her very first family home was in the Phoenix historic neighborhood of Encanto-Palmcroft. She has had a love for Phoenix historic districts ever since. In addition, Sarah has a passion for lively neighborhoods, such as Arcadia Lite and an eye for craftsman-style houses, since living in one in Los Angeles after attending USC.

Sarah’s energy is infectious. She naturally finds the joy in life and makes the process of buying and selling homes not just an enjoyable experience, but a celebration! Before becoming a Realtor, Sarah helped raise money for non-profits. Continuing to grow community, Sarah donates 10% of what she makes to the non-profit of her client’s choice in the client’s name.

Sarah, her husband, Will, and their labradoodle, Niffler, have lived in Tempe, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. Sarah knows the ins and outs of the greater area and where to find the beauty and the magic!

Sarah is an active member of the Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Phoenix Luxury Home Tour associations as well as The Arcadia Camelback Home Tour.
