Description

Lovingly updated and restored, this 1955 Modern Ranch by celebrated Architect Paul Christian Yeager, was originally the Harry Nace house, the Movie Theatre Mogul who built and ran the, Bethany West, Kachina and Cine’ Capri theatres.

A richly detailed example of Yeager’s work displaying a clear influence of Frank Lloyd Wright in its use of texture block and horizontal line. This large compound was recently updated and restored, maintaining original details include rich wood paneling. A serene and private setting, this home combines Award-Wining interior design and a well-published history;situated in a gated location at the Historic Phoenix Country Club.
